We want this to be simple. Our 90-day guarantee comes on top of your legal rights and never replaces them. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the law where you live.

The 90-day guarantee

Use it properly and give it a real try. If it doesn't work for you, for any reason, email hello@reoviva.com within 90 days of delivery with:

• your order number
• a photo of the product
• a line on why it didn't work for you

We'll reply within 24 hours on business days and agree the next step with you by email. Depending on the case, we may ask you to send the product back. If so, we'll tell you where and how, and we pay the return postage. Once we've agreed it, we refund the full price you paid to your original payment method.

Please don't send anything back before you've emailed us. Parcels sent without agreement can't be matched to an order.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If something arrives damaged, stops working, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo with your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. If we need the item back, we'll arrange the return and pay for it.

Cancelling an order

Email us as soon as you can. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already shipped, the 90-day guarantee covers you once it arrives.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 3 business days of agreeing the refund with you and always within the time the law requires. Your bank or card provider may take another 5–10 business days to show it. We don't charge restocking or handling fees.

If only part of an order didn't work for you, we refund that part. For bundles (such as a pair, a Doubles pack or a 2-board set), we refund the share of the price you actually paid for the items in question.

Your legal rights in the UK

If you live in the UK, you also have these rights by law:

• Right to cancel: you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Just tell us by email. You can use the form below, but you don't have to. If we ask you to return the product, please send it back within 14 days of cancelling. We'll give you the return address by email. Unless we agree otherwise, you pay the cost of returning it. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the product back, or of you showing us proof that you've sent it, whichever comes first. If we don't ask for the product back, we refund you within 14 days of your email.
• Faulty goods: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they're not, you can reject them for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that, you're entitled to a repair or replacement and, if that doesn't put it right, a refund or a price reduction. We pay the cost of returning faulty goods.

Fair use

The 90-day guarantee covers one claim per order, made within 90 days of delivery. We may decline repeated guarantee claims from the same customer or household. This applies only to our guarantee, never to your legal rights.

Please talk to us first

If something isn't right, email us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal. We answer every email ourselves, usually within 24 hours on business days, and we can sort it out faster than a bank can.
