Terms of service

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of reoviva.com and any purchase you make through it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by them. Please read them before you order — if you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us.

2. Who we are

Reoviva is a trading name of Daniel Dušek, a sole trader registered in the Czech Republic, business registration number (IČO) 24387932, registered place of business: Kajlovec 96, 747 41 Hradec nad Moravicí, Czech Republic.

3. Your order and when the contract is formed

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. That offer becomes a binding contract only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. The order confirmation email you receive immediately after checkout confirms that we've received your order — it is not acceptance.

We may be unable to accept an order if the product is out of stock, if we've identified an error in the price or description, if we can't authorise your payment, or if we suspect the order is fraudulent. If that happens we'll tell you and you won't be charged, or we'll refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). The price you see at checkout is the total you pay — delivery is included.

We take payment at the time you place your order. Payment is handled by our payment providers — we never see or store your full card details.

We take care to price everything correctly, but errors happen. If we discover that the price of a product you've ordered is wrong, we'll contact you before dispatch and ask whether you want to continue at the correct price or cancel. If we can't reach you, we'll treat the order as cancelled and refund you in full.

We may change our prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted.

5. Delivery

Delivery times, costs and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy on this website. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

The product becomes your responsibility once it's delivered to the address you gave us. You own it once we've received payment in full.

6. Cancelling, returning and refunds

As a consumer you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. On top of that we offer a voluntary 90-day trial.

Both are set out in full in our Refund & Returns Policy on this website, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

7. Our 12-month guarantee

We guarantee the product against manufacturing defects and component failure under normal domestic use for 12 months from the date of delivery.

If the product stops working within that period, email hello@reoviva.com with your order number and a short video or photo showing the fault. If we can't resolve it remotely, we'll send you a replacement free of charge. You won't pay return postage.

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by dropping the product, immersing it in water, using it in a way the instructions warn against, or opening or modifying it. It also doesn't cover ordinary wear on the strap, cosmetic marks, or the gradual reduction in battery capacity that happens to all rechargeable batteries over time.

This guarantee is given voluntarily and is additional to your legal rights. It does not replace or limit them — under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you may have remedies for up to six years, and nothing here affects that.

8. Using the product safely

Reoviva is a general wellbeing product for adults. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure anything. Please read the instructions supplied with the product before first use.

Speak to a doctor before using it if you are pregnant, if you have an implanted electronic medical device such as a pacemaker, or if you have a circulatory condition. Do not use it on broken or irritated skin, over a recent injury, or over a surgical site. Stop using it if it feels uncomfortable.

Keep the product and its charging cable away from children. Do not submerge it in water and do not attempt to open or modify it.

Individual experience varies from person to person.

9. Availability and product information

All products are subject to availability. We may change, replace or withdraw products at any time without notice.

We do our best to display colours and dimensions accurately, but what you see depends on your screen. Small variations between the images on the site and the product you receive are normal and are not a defect.

10. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can't be limited or excluded by law — including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable.

We supply our products for domestic and private use. If you use a product for any commercial or business purpose, we have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

11. Your personal data

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy on this website.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, designs and graphics — belongs to us or to third parties who have licensed it to us. You may not reproduce, distribute or adapt any of it without our written permission.

13. Using this website

You may use this website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse it — that includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping content, or interfering with how the site works for other people.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page at the time you placed it.

15. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email hello@reoviva.com and we'll try to sort it out. If we can't resolve it between us, you can get free independent advice from Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133 or at citizensadvice.org.uk.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can bring proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring proceedings in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest of them continue to apply.
