1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of reoviva.com and to any purchase you make through it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to them. You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. We sell to customers in the United States and in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland and Wales).

2. Who we are

Reoviva is a trading name of Daniel Dušek, a sole trader registered in the Czech Republic, business registration number (IČO) 24387932, registered place of business: Kajlovec 96, 747 41 Hradec nad Moravicí, Czech Republic. Contact: hello@reoviva.com

3. Your order

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. The order confirmation email you receive right after checkout confirms that we've received your order. The contract is formed when we email you that your order has shipped.

We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious error in the price or description, if we can't authorize your payment, or if we suspect fraud. If that happens, we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) for US orders and in pounds sterling (GBP) for UK orders. UK prices include VAT. For US orders, any sales tax that applies is calculated and shown at checkout. Delivery costs, if any, are shown before you pay.

Payment is taken when you place your order and is handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

If we discover a pricing error on something you've ordered, we'll contact you before it ships and ask whether you want to continue at the correct price or cancel. If we can't reach you, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Shipping

Where we ship, delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Refunds, cancellation and the 90-day guarantee

Our 90-day guarantee and how refunds work are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. The guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the law where you live. If you live in the UK, you also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery and rights for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as explained in our Refund Policy.

7. Using our products safely

Our products are sports and exercise products for comfort, stretching and stability. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have an injury, a medical condition or recent surgery, talk to your doctor, GP or physiotherapist before use. Individual experience varies.

Knee support

  • Follow the fitting instructions. Tighten until it feels snug, not numb, and loosen the dial when you sit for long periods.
  • Stop using it and loosen it right away if you feel numbness, tingling, increased pain, swelling or skin irritation.
  • Don't wear it over broken or irritated skin.

Slant board

  • Use it on a flat, hard, dry floor. It works best barefoot or in grippy socks.
  • Keep a hand on a wall or worktop the first few times you step on.
  • Start at the lowest angle and move up gradually. Stretch to a gentle pull, never to pain.
  • Don't use it if you weigh more than 136 kg (21.4 st). One person at a time, and don't jump on it.
  • Keep your fingers clear of the hinge and the support when you change the angle or fold it.
  • Stop if you feel pain, numbness, dizziness or lose your balance.
  • Children should only use it with an adult watching.

8. Our responsibility to you

To the extent permitted by law, our products are provided as described on this website, together with our 90-day guarantee, and we make no other warranties, express or implied.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to us or to third parties who have licensed it to us. You may not reproduce, distribute or adapt any of it without our written permission.

10. Using this website

You may use this website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse it, including attempting unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, scraping content, or interfering with how the site works for others.

11. Your personal data

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disputes and governing law

If something has gone wrong, please email hello@reoviva.com first. Most issues are solved quickly by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country or state where you live, and you can bring a claim where the law allows you to. If you live in the UK, you can bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you placed it. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
